Wicked!

Ingredients:
1 - 8 oz. (250 g) pkg. cream cheese (not the spreadable kind)
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/3 cup sugar
pinch of salt
1 - 6 oz. (170 g) pkg. chocolate chips
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions:
In a small bowl, combine first four ingredients. Add chocolate chips and set aside. Mix remaining ingredients well. Line muffin tins with paper cups and fill 1/3 - 1/2 full with this mixture. Drop a large spoonful of cheese mixture on top. Bake 20 - 25 minutes at 350 F. Makes 20 cupcakes.

The trouble with lipstick is that it doesn't.

Great recipe...always get rave reviews when I make them. Super easy! One word of caution though, I find that the recipe only yields about 14 smaller sized cupcakes (although they are quite rich, so smaller is better!) and that there is still some cheese mixture left over. Nonetheless, a great treat and very tasty!

I can't believe there is only one review about this recipe. It is by far one of the best and easiest - absolutely delicious. I dare you to try it.
