Brie with Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Ingredients: 7 1/2 oz. round brie cheese 235 g 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained & finely chopped 115 g 2-3 garlic cloves, minced 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley 30 mL
Instructions: Score the top of the cheese. Mix tomatoes and garlic; pile generously on cheese. Sprinkle with parsley. (it's not necessary to remove rind from cheese.) Heat in a 350 deg.F (180 deg.C) oven until cheese begins to melt. Serve with bagel chips or crackers.
