Thank you for shopping at the BestofBridge.com. Your online shopping experience is very important to us. All your
transactions are private and secure and your orders are processed using The Best of Bridge's pre-existing, reliable
fulfillment process. We hope you enjoy your visit and please contact us with
any suggestions, comments or concerns.
Browsing
Our navigation system is designed to make exploring our site as easy as possible. The major sections of our site are
accessible through the main menu on the left side of each page. Pages that are less frequently accessed or with
specific information (such as this page) can be accessed through the links at the bottom of each page.
Searching
You can search for any recipe in our database by going to the recipe search page.
Simply enter any information you know and hit 'Search'. Although the search is not case sensitive, it is dependent
on correct spelling. If you cannot find a particular recipe try searching by entering a partial title or an ingredient.
If you still cannot find the recipe you are looking for, Contact Us and a representative from
The Best of Bridge will contact you to help you along.
Adding a Book to your Shopping Cart
From the book details page in the bookshelf, enter the quantity you would like to order and
click on the Add to Shopping Cart button. Some books are available in more than one format. You can select the format
you want from the drop-down list above the add to cart button. You can edit or delete any items from your shopping cart
by using the shopping cart link at the top right corner of the page. Beside the shopping cart link is a cumulative
total of all items in your shopping cart excluding shipping and handling, and applicable taxes.
To continue shopping, you may browse any other title and add as many you would like to your shopping cart.
Your shopping cart will be saved for as 90 minutes as long as your have the browser window open. This is done through the
use of cookies that store a small data file on your computer so that the BestofBridge.com can remember you and your
settings when you return.
Check Out
When you are ready to place your order, click the 'Proceed to Check Out' button located on the shopping cart. If you are
not in the shopping cart then use the Shopping Cart links at the top and bottom of the page. You will be asked
to log in by entering your email and password. If it's your first time purchasing from the BestofBridge.com, then you
will need to create a login account. To create an account enter your email and choose a password.
Do not worry if you have forgotten your password, simply click on the "Forgot Password" link, fill in your
email and your password will be sent to your email address almost immediately.
On the Options page you can add and edit your billing and shipping address information. Also you can
add any applicible promos and enter your credit card information.
The Order Summary page will give you the details of your purchase, including the total amount billed
to you. Review this page and use the links provided to make any changes. Once you are satisfied with
the order, print the page for your own records and press the 'Complete Purchase' button.
The next page will confirm your order and will provide you with your order number that you should keep for future reference.
You can come back and view this page at any time through your profile.

Changes in Availability
Occasionally, a book may be out of stock. Should a title you order be out of stock, we will inform you by
email or by a note in your shipment.
If an item is no longer available, that item will be cancelled from your order and the remaining items will
be shipped. You will be charged only for the shipped items and shipping charges will be reduced if appropriate.
For Canadian orders that include publications that are temporarily unavailable, that item is automatically put
on back-order and shipped to you the moment it is available. You will not be charged shipping for the back-ordered product.
All orders Outside of Canada must be shipped as one order. If an item is temporarily unavailable then
the shipment will not be sent until the entire order is available for shipping.
Order Status
After you have placed your order, you can track it by viewing the order details in Your Profile.
The order status will be updated as we process the order.
Canceling Orders
You can cancel your order at anytime by hitting the Cancel button before you finish the Checkout process. Once your order
has been processed you may still cancel the order if it has not been shipped.
To cancel an order before it is shipped you must contact us via email and include the order number. Or you
can call 1.403.252.0119 , Monday to Thursday between 9:00am and 3:00pm, Mountain Standard Time (MST).
Remember, you can make changes to your
order right up until you click on the Purchase button.
