Ingredients
- 1 can (28 oz/796 mL) pork and beans in tomato sauce
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar, packed 60 mL
- 1⁄4 cup ketchup 60 mL
- 3 tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate 45 mL
- 1 tbsp dried minced onion 15 mL
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 15 mL
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp dry mustard 5 mL
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in an 8-cup (2 L) casserole dish. Mix well.
- Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 35 to 40 minutes; or heat thoroughly on stovetop or in microwave. Serves 4.
