Chicken wings, Italian-style from Best of Bridge Everyday Celebrations.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs (1 kg) chicken wings, tips removed
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) canola oil
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp (5 mL) dried Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) each salt and black pepper
- 1 cup (250 mL) tomato basil pasta sauce
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss chicken wings with oil to coat. In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Sprinkle over chicken and toss to coat evenly.
- Place chicken wings in a single layer on prepared baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and no longer pink inside, turning once.
- Push chicken wings together and spoon sauce over top of wings. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
